The company manufactures a wide range of vertical honing machines. D-honer ds-60 is a pneumatically operated super-finishing unit, and can be mounted on the tool post of any lathe. It can super finish rotating components with the oscillating movement of the super finishing stone.
It is most useful in improving surface finish, up to 0.02 µ ra on various shafts, piston rolls, hard chrome-copper plated/aluminium rolls, rotogravure rolls, gear shaft needles, etc and different diameters and lengths can be also be super finished.
